Your customer service department rocks I had bought. This warmer wants and my son who is special needs. Was centered disorder had dropped it and broke. It was his favorite one I was unable to find it on the website anymore. But your customer service department found one for me. I was able to purchase it and he is so happy again.
Just want to tell you thank you so much. He loves this warmer because he is able to get the wax out with no problems.
He's able to smell the waxes he is not able to.
He said he says with this brand they don't smell the same. They all had different smells with other brands. He says they all just smell burnt. So thank you so much Merry christmas

The warmer works beautifully and we love the design and logo... the tarts smell wonderful and last for three days.. the description of the tarts are hilarious 😂. Absolutely love your products..
